The review examined multiple incident management software systems and the processes operating across them, the accuracy and completeness of incident reporting, and how incidents were classified against the authority’s criteria. Testing covered a sampled review of recorded incidents and verification of the controls relied on to capture, escalate and close them, assessed against the applicable construction environmental management framework and licence obligations.
